Thus, the Website encourages you to edit; copy and share Toings over the digital media. However, the aforementioned is subject to the terms and conditions listed in this T&C

The rights to the Website, information and content belong to us. We have full rights in the site's activities, including images, designs, developments, content, information, illustrations, video, trademarks, databases and everything on the Website (hereinafter the “Intellectual Property”)

Any Toing published by a user of the site must bear the Toing logo (hereinafter the “Logo”). In other words, any Toing which the user removed the Logo from, will be considered as a violation and breach of this Terms and Conditions. The User warrants that he will not duplicate; photograph, and/or copy information and content from the site, other than publishing a Toing. The User may not use the information and content on the site for the purpose of creating a compilation, collection, summary or database or any other product without the written consent of us
The User may not make changes to information and content (such as in writing, editing, summarizing or translating) and prohibiting the dissemination of information and content on the Internet or any other media, except for the use of the Toing editor to share and publish a Toing

The User agrees and acknowledges that the email address information provided to the Website by him, as well as other identification and contact information, will be used by the us for the purpose of mailing various content to the User from the website and other entities. The User will have no claim to the site and with respect to receiving such mails
